Support in negotiations
As a member of Ledarna, you have access to support in negotiations when you need help in exercising your rights as an employee in relation to your employer.
This could be in the context of an organisational restructuring that has led to a work shortage or other situations where your employment is at risk. In most situations, the employer also has an obligation to negotiate with Ledarna.
As a manager, you are a key person in the workplace and you have a far-reaching mandate in your role, including for your own employment. That is why we always offer management advice. Then we can decide together whether it is appropriate for our negotiators, who work locally across the country, to enter into the negotiations, or whether it is best for you to take forward the discussion yourself with our support.
